A deep mahogany color an expressive nose of dried fruit, burnt sugar, tangy Sherry, oak, vanilla and chocolate on the palate, round, full and impeccably balanced, with oak in harmony with still-vivid fruit flavors and a counterpoint of Sherry a warm finish of extraordinary length delivers cocoa, toffee and dried fruit.

Meticulously crafted, this whisky is put through a combination of hand-selected American oak and ex-sherry cask. Pouring bright amber the nose is layered with apple, caramel, mineral and soft smoke aromas smooth, sweet grain, nuts, spice and soft smoky peat flavors are followed by a long, softly smoky, finish.

The rich palate of the 18 Year Old Glenlivet is the result of a combination of several different cask types. This is a Sherry-finished Speyside malt Whisky. Honey in color, spiced on the nose and a smoky palate make this a gorgeously luxurious Scotch. Smooth and velvety, with a firm foundation. Sweetness is immediately followed by a tantalizing burst of spices and bitter oranges drying out on oaky notes.

By using new French oak casks to finish this scotch, a fantastic vanilla and spice character is leeched into the whisky. This compliments the sweet malt and floral characters perfectly.
